Much of life happens during those in between moments of waiting. We’re always in such a hurry to get where we need to go or finish what needs to be done! And yet, when we notice the moments of waiting, the stillness of being is present. Just noting how you physically take up space, being aware of everything around you, and taking a few seconds to feel grateful for the chance to slow down can change the entire experience of your day.
When you attach yourself to how you think your life SHOULD be, you miss out on the magic that naturally unfolds and you create anxiety and disappointment when there didn’t need to be. Instead, come into uncertainty with trust and surrender for that will open yourself to the realm of possibilities. Be here now.
